The Caribbean Meteorological Organization's consultants, Philips Engineering desgined the 16.9 metre concrete reinforced radar tower to house a dual polarized Doppler weather radar based on and early radar tower design of the CMO.
Philips Engineering has sub-consultants located in the Cayman Islands who will supervise the construction of the tower to ensure it is built as designed. The sub-consultants are:
